Ok Wow, what to put on here. Um I will try to make this short...but you know me, I ramble on and on! I will try my best! ha ha Ok so we arrived at the Kool Haus at around 9:00 am. There were between 10-15 people ahead of us already. It was so awesome to meet other EV fans! (shoutout to Brandy, Lacey (little Emo), Christine, Beth, Allie, Patricia, Nena, Maria, Chiqo, Becky and Scenceable and her crew (Everyone in operation RED ROVER!) Oh and the girls beside me, the skinny ones who tried to fit under the baracades and were taking weird pics! (ha ha their names were Alana and Melissa) EV fans seriously kick ass. We are the nicest people around and we all got along great! (except for the singers...who we bolted with crackers...they deserved every last crumb! Oh, and the pillow that Stuart from the UK threw at them! LOL). Anyhow, it was insanity! We had pillows we stole from our hotel to sit on...no jackets...no blankets! It was so flippin cold out! Allie and Patricia were the first we talked to. They gave me their blanket...and a beer! ha ha (Only the hardcore mother f'ers drink at 10am!). So At around 2:00pm the bus pulled up! And WOW. Amy came outside 10 minutes later to sign autographs! She approached me first cuz I had a sharpie. She asked if she could borrow it (never did get it back, Ms. Lee...LOL) I had a sign that said "We came 1900 miles to see you". I told her the story and she called me crazy and asked where I was from. When I told her Flin Flon she made a surprised face and said yeah I am not even gonna pretend I know where that is. LOL Oh Amy. Then she went to hug me and head butted me! It was classic! ha ha She kept apologizing but I didn't mind (I do have a small bump on my head...). It was funny cuz I was taking pics and I went to get one of Ritchie and I said Come on Ritchie why aren't you smiling and Amy turned around and looked at me and said Hey I am smiling! And I was so caught off guard...I was like no not you Amy I was talking to Ritchie. She just laughed and went on signing. So then I called over Beth Wilson (her best friend/stylist) and chatted with her for a while. I asked if she wanted to play putt putt. She laughed and said she sucked at it. She signed my Anywhere But Home DVD and said she felt silly signing autographs cuz she isn't famous. Honey, you keep good company and you starred in the ABH DVD, I'd say you have some star status! LOL I gave her my Origin CD to check out and she was in awe over it. She said she used to hand them out in Little Rock before EV hit it big. Amy was walking by to go back into the Kool Haus and Beth stopped her and said look what she has and Amy took the CD and was like what why did you pay for this are you crazy, can i have it? She looked at me and was like ha ha just kidding. But how much did you pay for it and I was like 25-30 Canadian and she said well thats not too bad, but don't waste your money, just download the old stuff and signed it and then said bye. The rest of the band came out one by one. I will post pics and the autographs I got!

About 10 minutes later Amy comes out to greet all of us fools waiting in line...ALREADY!! The highlight of my life!

Tour Bus pulls up around 2:00 PM...Ritchie was the first to get off the bus. I yelled "Oh My God Ritchie, I love your purse!" (imitating a drunken Beth from "Anywhere But Home" DVD. He got a laugh out of it.

"No pictures...I look like shit!" (um sweetie...you look AMAZING!!!)

Its true, we're all a little insane

Had to put this pic up. These are some way cool chicks we met in line. All the people in this pic were included in this little "baracade" we made up. We were the ones who were there early as hell to get to the front of the stage. However, people were showing up at like 6:00 PM thinking they could push their way through us. So, idealy we thought "hey, lets make an "alliance" called "Operation Red Rover". (It also included Loreena, Nena, Maria and myself.) Which was everytime the "pushers" tried to push through us, we would connect arms and stop them. Ya, plan didn't work out so well, some guy behind us had a BF...TOTAL bitch fit! ha ha Well it all worked out, we all ended up right close, (Loreena and myself being FRONT and CENTER!) Still showin some love for my alliance though! You guys rock!

They weren't too bad. I took a couple pics of them. I feel bad because I wasn't into them at all. I was like hurry up and get to Evanescence. ha ha I was saving it all for Ev. Plus, I never heard any RT stuff before this night. Good performance though, they will make it big.

I can't even begin to explain how the show was. It was beyond incredible, I was in total awe that my idol was standing right there in front of me. To make it even better, during the show she came in front of me, pointed at me, smiled and gave me the rock out sign. I know, I know, hard to believe, but it happened. Ask anyone around me. They all were like OH MY GOD! And grabbed me! That made the night even more surreal! (I did my homework and knew all the words to The Open Door...as did many others in the crowd.) I also caught Amy's water bottle. I don't know what I am going to do with it, but I still have it! :) So after all was said and done, I went and bought $200 worth of Ev Merch! Crazy, not at all considering the distance I went to see them live. Nena, Maria, Loreena and I decided to hang out after to see if we could meet them again. Well the wait paid off. After about 2 hours in the cold, John came out again. We talked to him a bit, I gave him a high five and told him how awesome the show was. He was joking around with all of us and being goofy. Next, Amy came out! She came right over to me (I was standing closest to the entrance of the bus) and gave me a high five. I thanked her for singling me out of the crowd and she was like you were rocking out that was so awesome! I was like thanks that show was amazing and she thanked me, then gave me a hug without the head butt! She went down the line and did more autographs (there were only about 100 fans outside at this point). Then she came back and did pictures. Ritchie would take the pic. I was one of the last to get my picture taken with her. She was so awesome and made sure that everyone outside got their autograph and picture. After you had your picture taken the security guy would make you leave. So, it just so happened that Nena, Maria, Loreena and I were the last 4 people there. (Oh and P.S. I met this cool chick named Linds from the band Princess Riot, check them out on My Space). I went up to Amy to say goodbye. She grabbed my hand and thanked me for coming so far to see her and she hoped I enjoyed it. Then she told me they were going on tour again in January and asked if I was coming out for it. I said of course! She shook me and was like right on! Talk about a dream come true...I still don't believe it after reading it all!!
